Okay so my theory manner of death ep 3 about the illegal racket is.

They are not just human trafficking but like selling the women's eggs!!!! (Which would explain the drugs in the system because as much as I know (not a lot) there's drugs to actually increase your egg count)

Which would also explain why the first girls uterus was fucked up enough to bleed like that!!!!!!

And then when they can't create more eggs, because it gives out after a time, they are sold into human trafficking or whatever else is there....

And a lot of people are in on it
