Well uh, I guess I could try to explain it, so basically
Let’s use Blue and Lime for example. The parents of the bean know the color, but since it’s in a private area it’s not exactly the best thing to reveal the actual bud to everyone. So instead
The parents reveal the color to the guest beans at the party, it’s more of a celebration of the child then a huge reveal, since most people can guess the color, though it’s still a fun part of a baby shower
But I’m not an expert, I’ve only heard things about them, I’ve never held one or had one, or really been to one. It’s mainly they said they said knowledge
