I finally finished the multilots project I’ve been quietly working on for a while — a London-inspired city street built mainly for storytelling and filming, and now I’m sharing it with you 🤍
This 50x50 lot includes a mix of functional and decorative spaces:
— four-floor modeling agency (can function as a café)
— decorative bakery + small functional fitness studio above
— two empty apartments you can furnish for your Sims
— decorative post office area
— men’s boutique (partially functional)
— bridal boutique
— functional restaurant (remove table clutter for gameplay)
— an empty three-floor building ready for your own ideas
⚠️ The build is extremely detailed and heavy (around 10GB), so please consider your PC performance before downloading.
Mods & CC are separated:
part of the CC comes in an archive, the rest needs to be downloaded individually.
