I don’t and probably never will have every single FORM—Dada Zarude and Pokéball Vivillon will likely never be mine—but having all 1025 pokémon from their earliest game (excepting some distributed mythicals and one Munchy boi) under an OT that belongs to me is just CRAZY.

I'm debating whether or not I keep going in pokédex order. I can't deny these three took so long because I wasn't as interested in the bugs (except Beedrill later on lol but that was a happy accident). But it shows–took me MONTHS to finish Kakuna but I did the bee in the same evening!! And I felt like I COULDN'T do the bee because I hadn't finished Kakuna. . . and tbf I forgot I hadn't published Wormy yet (sorry, lil guy). While this was a struggle in a vacuum, I DO have mons I want to draw and stories I want to tell, but I don't want to blow through all my faves all at once. I also don't want my faves to look ugly bc let's face it, I'm still essentially a beginner and this stuff looks not very good. I think from now on, I will draw the dex MOSTLY in order, and if I decide I want to draw something further along in dex order to bolster my motivation, I'll do it. maybe when I hit that dex entry later, I can do a re-draw or something when my art doesn't suck so much lmao. At the end of the day, I want to tell stories–not just the characters I've created during the gameplay, but also MY stories with these games and the IRL journeys I've been on as a result of them. Not that it matters. No one's listening. This is my void and I'll shout into it as I please.
