In partnership with @hellosda, on May 15th we will be hosting a opening reception for Vignettes: a pop up design show, which is a month long design show/exhibit featuring the works of the students of the Bachelor of Design program at #ualberta. This past weekend, Leigh hosted a seminar with Salisbury Landscaping about extending the interior of the home to the exterior. Check out this short video that highlights some of the moments from the seminar.

Yesterday we came across this article in regards to making our backyards into a fun and exciting place during the summer, especially for kids or maybe just for yourself. What makes it even better is that it’s all DIY and super simple! Take a look at some of the ideas, and you just might be inspired to do something in your own backyard.
The projected forecast for today has us in the mid teens and we can't help but dream of the days when we can sit out on our decks with a cold drink in hand or tend the garden that is in bloom.
With a short span of months that allow us to enjoy the outdoors without being bundled up, there has been growing popularity of a desire to have outdoor living spaces. There has also become an increased interest in finding a way to the bring the outdoors in for those days that are less than desirable. These can all be achieved through the use of interior and exterior design.
This coming Sunday, April 13th at 1pm at Salisbury Greenhouse, MoJo Design will be co-hosting a seminar with Salisbury Landscaping to discuss ways in which your home can be transformed from the ground up. This session will allow you to learn how you can combine interior and exterior design to complement the style of your home.
