Twinkle’s Galactic Tour ‘Wildest Dream’ trailer - Gematsu
Publisher Top Hat Studios and developer Molegato have released a new trailer for 3D platformer Twinkle’s Galactic Tour dubbed “Wildest Dream.”

About
Travel the galaxy to rescue Twinkle’s debut concert’s audience in a low-poly, 90s anime styled, musical platforming adventure! Play each level to the beat of a song as enemies, platforms and items all move following the beat, the melody or the drums. Uncover musical minigames or explore the personal story of an struggling (but never surrendering!) young aspirant singer.
Galaxy Round Tour
Explore neon-and-pastel alien cities, travel on Twinkle’s best friend and roadie Bav’s space van, help the locals by completing missions, sample the local cuisine or shop around for useful gear or fashionable costumes!
Collect Everything
Optional objectives in levels like finishing one try, time trials or finding the hidden CDs will grant you materials to craft power ups and tools. Find lots of secondary missions and hidden items in the open cities and return to previous areas once you’ve got new tools to reach new places! Experience Twinkle’s and each character’s narratives through completing missions and the ‘hangout system’, in a story that is all about what it feels trying to make it out in life as an artist.
Loving the Art
Will Twinkle catch the culprit and serve justice? Find out her footing in the harsh career of music? Which friends will you choose to make? Maybe even find your love in the midst of it all? So be a star and help Twinkle and her friends save everyone beat after beat, song after song!
Twinkle’s Galactic Tour will be available for PC via Steam. A release date has yet to be announced.

As we’re currently in a retro revival trend for fifth gen console games, specifically platformers, there’s no shortage of options for a nostalgic buzz. What makes Frogun stick out from the pack, though, is that it doesn’t have the same sort of inspirations as the majority of the crowd. Instead of Mario 64, Banjo-Kazooie, or one of the PS1’s major platformer hits, Frogun is more interested in giving a new stab at the attempts of the middle market, particularly Chameleon Twist. The end result is something that feels unique while dressed in old school aesthetics.
