so when you have a major and a minor in college what exactly are you doing? getting a degree in both, but only one you're really good in and the other you're just kinda ehh in or what?

I don’t have a minor myself since I transferred but people have different reasons.

Some people minor in things like business to acquire some skills they will need in their careers. Others choose a minor simply because they are interested in that subject and want to learn more.

I think it helps to prove a person has experience with different subjects.

Ever been on a road trip?

Not really! The drive back to my hometown is about 7 hours, and I’ve driven there with my boyfriend or a friend a couple of times, but that’s the closest thing!

Your weightloss is seriously inspiring me. Im actually about to hit the gym but I don't know exactly what my routine should be when I get there for max benefit. Any suggestions?

Hmmm well since I know nothing about what you usually do this is a bit difficult! But for "maximum benefit" I'd got with a full body routine focusing mainly on heavy weights.

Something like 3 sets of 8-10 reps of each of the following (as heavy as you can lift):

Bench press

Bicep curls

Deadlift

Rows

Squat

Lunges

Overhead press

Tricep pushdown

Finish with about 10 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill
