There was a time where I was not happy in my own skin. I wanted to please everyone else instead of what made me happy. The more I tried to please others the more I suffered with anxiety for obvious reasons. Not until I had my daughter did I do some soul searching of who I really am and what makes me happy instead of others. I started slowly exercising & working out. Not that working out made me happy but I knew something needed to change. I was always lazy before when it came to working out. I wanted a quick fix like most everyone else. I would start a program & I would give up so quickly because I was not seeing results fast enough. I did not want to give up on the food I liked. But I also know I was also ready for a change to feel good about me, have more energy & to be the best roll model I could be for my daughter. That's when this opportunity came at the right time. When presented with the opportunity I was just going to do it for myself. But the results I had over to first few months & still continue to have, are just to good not to share. Being a part of a accountability group, helping everyone succeed with their goals & also reading personal development along with it, has been amazing. I'm definitely not the same person I was when I started which is good because we all want to continue to grow in life. But this opportunity has been the best thing for not only me, but my family too!
