Pirate!Seungcheol AU

Captain!Seungcheol

because obviously leader Seungcheol is going to be Captain Scoops

He’s kind and easy going but doesn’t take any crap from his crew

Has total trust in Sailing Master!Jihoon

Captain Scoopdedoops is dedicated to making sure his crew is having fun and not being too stupid

even though he also love to be stupid with them

BUT the Captain’s gotta do what the Captain’s gotta do

He fights mainly with a pistol, letting his crew do the dirty work, but when he needs to he can pull out his two iron fists and punch people into oblivion

Secretly only a pirate because he fell asleep in his little canoe and was suddenly lost at sea

then got picked up by a nice old pirate man yes and decided that was his life calling

If he had to pick a different job he would be a blacksmith

because before he drifted away there was this pretty girl who would always visit the blacksmith next dooe with her father

spoilers: that was you

Little Greenhorn!Dino makes fun of him because once he found a (very badly done) drawing of a girl in Captain Soups diary

at least little Greenhorn!Dino though it was a girl

because it honestly could’ve been anything

Captain Scallop has a hard time controlling his crew when Greenhorn!Dino told the big mouthed Chef!Mingyu

who passed it on to the big mouthed Crew Mate!Seokmin

and then the two big mouths gossiped about it during dinner to the crew

Captain Sardine decided to have dinner in his own quarters that night

because the crew isn’t allowed in the Captain’s quarters

that’s a big pirate no-no

The crew SOMEHOW managed to convince Sailing Master!Jihoon to let them travel back to Captain!Seungcheol’s hometown so they could see this pretty girl

When they arrived at the port poor Captain Scoops was a confused puppy

because they were meant to be searching for the cursed treasure of the seven seas

but nope

Instead he sees the blacksmith with an awfully pretty girl coming out with an old man that might as well be her father... because he is

*cue the crew witnessing their captain falling apart*

‘go talk to her Cap’

‘shut up kid you dont know nothin’

But these pirates are loud pirates so you turn around to see what the fuss in about

and you see

A VERY SEXY LOOKING PIRATE!SCOOPSTHEPOOPS

Hot damn

Wearing a long brown leather coat and a dandy looking pirate hat

but you’re also confused

Because before Captain Scoups was Pirate!Seungcheol he was Dorky!Seungcheol who would always trip over something when you walked past his shop

but now he’s sexy Pirate!Scoups so who blames you when you stare a little bit... as he stares back

And suddenly everyone around you seems to disappear

like they actually disappear

Your father had walked off without you, and Pirate!Seventeen sneaked off in hopes that their Cap would get in

After much stuttering Captain Cheol managed to ask you out and the two of you date for the two weeks the crew convinced Sailing Master!Jihoon to stay

but there was one problem

He’s the Captain of a pirate ship and you had a life on the land

not anymore you dont

Within those two weeks you and Caps got close

he also found out that you noticed him when he was still Dorky!Seungcheol

You didn’t want to separate after coming together again

So you made a promise to each other

He was going to return at the end of the year

and you decided in that year you would wrap up your life on the land to join him and Pirate!Seventeen at sea

*cue the crew whistling and cheering when they find out*

‘yeaaaah Cap’

‘dont think youll last the rest of the year though’

‘shut up kid you dont know nothin’

I feel like the ending doesn’t do justice compared to how long this has been sitting in my drafts... but I also didn’t want to give it a clear ending of what exactly happens.

So you join him at sea and you’re happy, and I guess that’s all that really matters.
