Monkey Brains Recipe

Ingredients:

Whole Avocado (at least 4)

Raw Salmon

Raw Tuna

Crab Meat (optional)

Mayonnaise

Sriracha

Wasabi

Hoisin sauce

Tempura breading

Cayenne pepper flakes for more heat

Materials Needed

Spoon

Oil

Deep Fryer or Deep Frying pan

Knife

Directions

Mash Tuna, Salmon and Avocado in separate bowls. Keep the shell to the Avocado for the end. If you want extra spice use sriracha and cayenne pepper flakes in the Tuna and Salmon.

Get Tempura mix ready according to directions on box.  I used water with the Tempura flour and mixed until no longer lumpy.

Make spicy Mayonnaise by mixing Sriracha with Mayonnaise. Put aside in refrigerator until end.

Heat oil until you can drop a piece of tempura mix inside and it begins to float

Take the shells from the Avocado and put your mixture of Avocado, raw Salmon, Tuna and Crab meat inside of the shell.

Dip the entire Avocado (with filling inside shell) in wet tempura mix and fry until golden brown. This now cooks your raw meat so be careful not to cook to long or the meat will be dry.

Serve immediately. Spread spicy Mayonnaise on top of Monkey brain with Hoisin sauce and enjoy!
