It’s that time of the week again...Irrelevant Relevant Characters time!
These guys are definitely in the Graced universe, although their story is not quite defined as of yet...here’s what I got so far of this fallen angel, Jordan, (left) and fairy, Fraxinella (right)!
In Graced, fairies are half-insectoid, half-plant creatures descended from fallen angels that have lost most of their divine powers and form thanks to coming in contact with Earthly Dirt. They have become more insectoid-like by the time of this fall due to using Forbidden Magic during their service in Lucifer’s Rebellion, which for some reason, makes its users develop insect-like features. As centuries pass, the insectoid fallen angels begin to have plantlife (growing in the actual dirt incoporated into their form from Literally Crashing Through Earth) infused into their bodies, eventually becoming what are now fairies. Because of this mutation, fairies have surnames relating to the plant quite literally a part of them, and even have abilities, such as poison or healing properties, relating to their respective plant.
Fraxinella is a fairy who, as implied of her family name, holds power over fire via being able to conjure or even naturally create (via sweat and tears and such) a flammable oil that can easily be weaponized via punching/otherwise coming into contact with her enemy and setting them alight with a match, or more commonly, made into minature bombs. She most often uses a classic rifle in fight over her magic, however. She has a particularly sullen, no-nonsense demeanor who doesn't like being stalled on answers and not being taken seriously in general. She often has trouble forming genuine bonds with other people, even for those she works with or helps in her missions. On the other hand, she a courageous, passionate, and noble being willing to fight for what is right. Frax used to be a police/investigator of sorts in the Seelie Court, where fairies that "thrive in the light" reside, and mostly loyal to Hell than to Heaven for oweing a tithe and sharing a common heritage with the demons (that is, fallen angels), until she comes across an unlikely ally...
One the left is a fallen angel of Kindness, Jordan (name subject to change)
who was cast out of Heaven for going against their superior's wishes and saving their charge's life although she was indeed fated by God to die a certain day. They do not regret their decision, but are still terrified at the prospect of being on their own on Earthand Hell...They really, really don't want to go to Hell, or worse, turn into a demon that could hurt people or even their former charge, a woman named Madison Knowles. Jordan is very unbefitting of an angel: incredibly timid and irrational and prone to hiding rather than confronting something through fighting, but is in actuality a truly selfless, empathetic soul who wants nothing more to help those in need. For being a former angel of Kindness (which commonly has powers over Air), Jordan has a "corrupted" version of their element: they have control over powerful acrid smoke that can be particularly useful as a cloaking device in conflict to allow them and Frax to Escape or plant Bombs.
After some bonding, Frax begins to have second thoughts of her position once she realizes that Jordan TRULY doesnt want to go to Hell and that the Seelie Court won't let someone not their (current) kind within their borders...
So what do they do? Tranverse Earth avoiding the Fairy Police and trying to find their place in the world like Good Friends, and possibly running into the Main Powers Angels of Graced...
