I’ve revisited this vamp guy a few times since he is walking, latent story potential. The idea of this sad, romantic, stoned moron finding a call to action to embrace his nature and help others and not himself sounds like a wildly entertaining character arc. 

... I have no where to put him after the game fell through lol
