Lost Mr.Elite

[✧ﾟ･*♚*･ﾟ✧ ] Somehow, he had gotten himself lost on campus. Where was the biology department offices? Frankly, he could ring up his brother and ask how he's to get there as this map clearly has done no justice to the complex twists of this building.

     Again, he could, but he won't. For whatever reason could that be, you ask? On a scale of 1-10 how willing are you (with 1 being very willing and 10 being very unwilling) to have someone answering your question and then ending with: 'Next time contact me for something of actual difficulty. What kind of a child are you?' Let him tell you right now, Ponsol would rate his answer at a grand 15.

     He'd rather chew through a boot than to have his own flesh and blood brother treat him like a child. Just because his GPA was .5 higher... doesn't mean you can hold it over him forever!

     Alas, he digresses.

        ❝I wonder if anyone here would be able to help me.            How hard can it be to find the biology department?❞

    Anyone who knew where he should be directed to popping out of no where to offer him aid would be nice right about now.

[✧ﾟ･*♚*･ﾟ✧ ] Normally, when comparisons were being made, it was because one was lacking. Both Ponsol and Furuya have talked to each other about being compared to members of their family. Unless the pitcher had met Shugarl, it was highly unlikely that Furuya had met anyone in Ponsol’s family and it went without saying that Ponsol hadn’t met the grandfather that Furuya was compared to.

      Watching as the athlete was practicing his throws, the young intellectual had to admit that Furuya had a monstrous arm. Sure, he may have still had a few things to work on, but all things considered, he was an excellent player. Who didn’t have things that they needed to work on? Look at him, he was tall, smart, attractive, wealthy, and not to mention a few other things.

      It’s unfair how talented and gifted he was, right? Even so, he had to learn something called ‘modesty’ and the ability to be 'civil’ as his brother would term it. Guess he should also learn more about Business too.

         ❝You’re perfect to me.             I think you are an excellent player.❞

      Why bother comparing when one doesn’t seem to be lacking? That’s just a waste of breath.

Costume Fittings

The heart of the Soleil district was not a place that Shu visited often. Or really all that much. But somehow word had reached Arcane, the host club, of Shu’s costuming abilities and he’d been called out to help them with costumes for their next event. He’d gotten basic measurements and the theme, plus specifics for each host, over the phone and was going in today for an initial costume fitting. To say travelling from Oakville through Soleil was a pain would be an understatement, what with the bag of outfits he was carrying plus the extra supplies to make adjustments. Next time he should just have the hosts come to his flat for the final fittings.

Stepping into Arcane was an experience. Shu had meant to come outside of business hours, but unfortunately had had an exam earlier in the day and could not go through with his initial plans. His eyes darted around, taking in the decorations and lighting of the building. It was tasteful at the very least.

He spoke shortly with the one that greeted him at the door, explaining why he was there. A moment passed where they checked with the manager or a higher up of some kind before Shu was led to where he believed was a break room for the hosts. He’d requested that they send whoever was free to be fitted in as soon as possible. As he waited, he started unpacking his supplies.

Today was promising to be a long day. But at least it would, hopefully, be a productive one. It would be good to have his designs worn and actually used once more.

Abandoning his current conversation, the conglomerate heir turned towards the faint male, concern etched across his normally unreadable expression. With a quietly placed ‘excuse me’, Seijuurou stepped towards the male and placed a hand on the other’s back. It was gentle, yet firm, as he steered the other out of the stuffy room into a nearby one that he already knew was rather chilled. As he left, he signalled one of his assistants and asked for some ice water to be brought over urgently. As far as he was concerned, assisting someone who might have heat exhaustion was much more important than any business deal he might have had a chance at making. 

“If you feel anymore faint within the next minute or so, you should lay down and elevate your legs. It will help your circulation and help you cool down.” Seijuurou instructed, before his assistant then interrupted by knocking on the door with some water. Taking it from her with a quiet thank you, he brought the water over to the stranger without hesitation. 

Holding the glass out to him, the red head smiled gently, concern still evident on his face. “Drink, please. It will help.”

heads up [tamura&satoru]

“Oh, don’t worry about me. I don’t mind getting hit to the head with a baseball at all. Crashing into a trashcan didn’t hurt one bit. Thanks for asking though.” Tamura decides to break the unnerving silence that hovers above him and his unwanted companion, his voice dripping with sarcasm. Neither of them wants to be here, or at least that’s what he likes to think. Satoru wasn’t given much of a choice when his coach insisted him to assist Tamura to the infirmary. And to make matters even more irritating for the art student, he has a feeling that Satoru finds no fault in what he had unintentionally done.

He has been too quiet throughout their walk.

Tamura fights back a grunt as he caresses the side of his head, already feeling a bump coming up. It wouldn’t be the first time he got hit there and it certainly wouldn’t be the last. To be fair, he knew the risk he was going for when he and his friends decided to mill about in the school’s baseball field. In fact, he wouldn’t have minded this at all if he doesn’t have to take the lengthy walk to the clinic with the most frigid guy he has ever known.
