So, I had this idea for a new Monster’verse movie that has nothing to do with the Titans. Rather it being revolving around aliens. Since we now know that aliens exist thanks to King Ghidorah, I thought “Hey, why not have a Monster’verse movie of the Mysterians?”

If you don’t know what the Mysterians are, it was a Toho movie made in 1957 that was part of the Godzilla Showa Era, since the Showa age was more having new Kaiju being introduce with Godzilla mostly taking the majority of the era (because duh).

So, I thought only a few ideas of who would be the main protagonists and antagonist for the movie and who would be the main cast (for the moment).

For the main cast/protagonist I would cast Henry Cavill, John Boyega, and Kelly Marie Tran, and Jeff Goldblum. With Henry Cavill playing as Douglas Gordon, because let’s be honest, he would’ve make a great cast for the badass general from Final Wars, only it being in the Monster’verse and not in Final Wars.

MV Douglas would be relatively the same as the original Douglas, with the few differences being he be a hotblooded—but stern—protagonist who would do anything to fight any threats both inside and outside of the Earth. He would not let any of his soldiers be left behind, whether dead or alive, in any situation as he sees them as brothers and sisters in arms. Caring very deeply for them.

John Boyega was a tricky one since I was stuck between either having him being also a hotblooded soldier, but rebellious, who keeps getting into trouble that led him being demoted into private and sent to the G-Team as part of Douglas’ team. Or have him being a mercenary that was hired by Monarch to help them capture the aliens to figure out what they’re planning.

For Kelly, she’s going to be one of the antagonists-turned-ally as a Mysterian spy under the name Suki Namikawa (a reference to Ms. Namikawa from Invasion of the Astro Monster).

Namikawa would infiltrate into Monarch to gain intel, along with other Mysterian spies, about how to claim Earth without causing one of the Titans or their Alpha (Godzilla only being mentioned) to take notice. I have yet to figure out what the Mysterians look like, but I would probably work with my friends on some concepts.

As for the main antagonist, I think Jeff Goldblum would the Mysterian leader, known as the Head Master.

He would be the leader of the aliens, with a set mindset of wanting Earth for Mysterians to settle and being their base of headquarters for a foreshadowing threat that’s been chasing the Mysterians.

Well, that’s all I’ve got for the casting/characters. I have yet to figure out the side characters or the main plot (since I’m terrible of creating plots and only summaries) with only the basis of what they’re role is to the hypothetical movie for the Monster’verse, but it’s the best I got.
