Edogawa Ranpo
Edogawa Ranpo has had a very productive month. He obtained his Eiken 5, allowing him to work on some diplomatic cases. He has encountered some conflict with the police and was turned away from a case for insulting officers, but aside from the one incident, all other cases had a one hundred percent solve rate.
Yosano Akiko
Yosano Akiko has been essential in cases, combat and medicine, a great all rounder. She responds well to emergency situations and improves the cohesion of the agency. Her email etiquette is a work in progress.
Kunikida Doppo
Kunikida Doppo continues to serve as the most responsible member of the agency. He is reliable and a hard worker who holds the agency together, but he tends to push himself too hard and frequently comes in to work on his days off. His work life balance needs work.
Dazai Osamu
Dazai Osamu is facing an ongoing battle with mental illness. Not only is he struggling with basic self care, he is increasing stress rates in the workplace. The fact that he continues to solve difficult cases and strategise outstandingly despite his dysfunction shows great resilience.
Tanizaki Junichirou
Tanizaki Junichirou is a bright boy with a promising future. He is skilled in combat and a great support to the other detectives. It would be great if he could do his homework in his own time instead of at work.
Miyazawa Kenji
Miyazawa Kenji boosts morale in the workplace and gets along well with everyone. His detective work and assistance with combat are both exceptional. He could do with better professional boundaries, ie not bringing his cows into the office.
Nakajima Atsushi
Nakajima Atsushi continues to surpass himself each day. His full potential has not yet been reached if his constant improvement is anything to go by. He is unusually enthusiastic about errands.
Izumi Kyouka
Izumi Kyouka is loyal and committed. She tends to get overzealous and run into trouble, for example the breaking and entering incident. More guidance is recommended.
Sigma
Sigma shows great competence. He is hard working and organised, but he needs more confidence in himself. He is so busy comparing himself to the next-level intellects of Dazai Osamu and Edogawa Ranpo that he fails to realise he himself is smart and talented.
