I found gel pens and got to work! After each week, if I do 50% or better on my goals I'll color in a new row on the egg. Since we are 8 days in I decided to give myself them for free for making this and also for really good life changes that happened this week. I'll reblog this with the final results at the end of the month.
I'm cat hearted and my daemon takes a kitten form a lot, so I'm going to be using a cat to represent me.
My best friend is also making a monthly tracker and going to be trying out dragonwork alongside me!
Wish me luck!
(I know there isn't a rule in how we get our dragons, but this way really feels good to me)
New (and cute!) cover for my paperback reading journal!
I really love this shade of green and whimsical elements, so this cover is absolutely perfect for me.
You can get this reading journal on Amazon (also the website link in bio): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FS1YPGCN
May 2021 - Celebrating Bob Dylan and his up-and-coming 80th birthday.
Giving journaling another try. Leaving out daily planning because it gives me anxiety, keeping only main events and tracking positive things I want to do daily (+ when I eat out to make sure I don’t do too much of it). Also some monthly highlights and important dates, so I don’t forget about those!
In 2019 we are focusing on the positive stuff, or at least trying to.
Here’s December -completed- and January ❄️
Trying to get my life together this month. Wish me luck
this is my daily spread/tracker in my Bullet Journal- it’s PIP focussed. also an example page filled out. im in the process of applying for PIP and i made a section for each category that they assess you for so i can give them good info.
key:
P+: thing caused or worsened pain. F+: caused or worsened fatigue. ||: had to pause/rest/nap to recover either during or after. S: had to do activity slowly TTS: used text-to-speech (~Communication~ category) LB: used “loo bars” - grab rails in toilet (~Toileting~ category)
My tracker tracks my medication and also physio, brushing teeth, showering, going outside, being bedbound, and what type of food I ate: food I prepared myself, something that I just put in the microwave or something that I just opened a packet and ate with no preparation.
im sharing so hopefully other disabled/cripple/chronic illness pals going through PIP applications can see/copy my spread and it will make their application easier xx
i'm gonna get it together this march 🍃
