File folder: Mar10
Entry: 1
Goal: Harness training
Subject Mar10 is both aloof and quite idiotic, and training him will be a challenge. However, he is quite tolerant of the random things I do to him, and he has shown willingness to wear the harness before. I will be attempting to wrap him in it for 30 minutes, and then take it off. This is to help subject Mar10 to get used to the feel of it on him, and to make sure the subject relaxes to it over time.
Now, I will be attempting to make him more agreeable with the promise of food, before gently strapping the harness to his body and letting him go. After the 30 minutes are up, I will beckon subject Mar10 over and strap the harness off, before giving him some much needed affection and affirmation.

As artists, it's important that we not only take care of our bodies, but also our minds. I made a FREE printable goal and habit tracker to help keep you organized and focused.
>Get it free here!
Find space for inspiration and motivation rather than stress. Reblog so other artists can see ❤️
And of course, non-artists can use this too, it's general enough that anyone can.
I'm still new to making these things, so I hope y'all like it and that it's helpful🥺

I want something like an abacus but vertical, with the top end open so I can add or remove rings when I want. Maybe 10 vertical dowels, labelled at the bottom with all the different hobbies and goals I want to make time for. Each time I invest a bit of time and energy into one, I drop a ring onto the dowel. I end up with a visual representation of how I’ve spread my time, and how quickly (or not) I’m making progress on each item.
Now, if something like this exists, I’d be real grateful for a pointer in the right direction 😂
The easiest way to overcome a daunting goal is by breaking it up into smaller, actionable tasks. ✅✨
Want to try this? Use my newest tracker!
(And here's my goal tracker as an example 😉)
And remember: there is nothing you can't achieve as long as you take it one step at a time!!
