You know what I think it didn't make sense on Moonvasion?
Why the hell the bulbs contacted Johnny and Randy?
See the sequence of the attack, they did nothing. Violet, a literal child, did more for the team.
They were just standing there, and not even menacingly…
You know what I think, the bulbs were looking for Hack and Slash Smashnikov, but the brothers were back in Furssia so the bulbs settled on the first pair of brothers they found.
the Moonvasion poses the interesting paradox of both Scrooge & Della having the same overprotective "hide them away!" instincts towards the triplets + Webby in relation to Della's time on the moon ("I can't lose you again!"), and them being strangely psychic & final about it. As in they both agree without a word & act without telling the 4 kids. And if the show were half as good as it could be, we would get to see this weird co-insecurity / shared character flaw in more detail. But instead we see a disconcertingly vague similarity to The Last Crash of the Sunchaser and, like, the one nod.

or the names reminded him too much of della to keep
OOOOOH! Another great theory! Yeah, raising her children without her was probably hard enough as it was, best to give them their own names/identities instead of being constantly reminded of the sister you lost (For those who haven't seen Ducktales 2017, first: why not? Second: she's fine, don't worry).
