lore dump + dossier ... the crimson reapers.

the crew consists of twenty-five individuals. a handful of them, maybe about seven have known their captain, akai, since childhood.

the closest of them is his first mate, zhi hua. she was originally one of the princesses of the kingdom his village was a part of. but, holding no desire to continue onto rulership, she escapes and sails away with akai once he becomes captain. she holds the responsibility as first mate and is one of the weapons experts on the ship.

although there is trust amongst the crew, akai's tendency towards secrecy, sometimes creates tension among them. however, seeing as all of his decisions always takes into account the overall benefit of the crew and their singular goal, the trust is always put back in place should it be temporarily lost.

the crew fondly calls their captain 'pathetic', 'gloomy', and 'uninspiring', which is due to his reclusive and, indeed, gloomy demeanor. which is in direct contrast to zhi hua, their first mate. they also find this really funny.

there are days at a time where akai locks himself into his cabin, leaving zhi hua in charge.

i think for laura’s sw verse it would be very similar to her original backstory, save for obvious differences. she’d be a clone from kamino (not a jango clone) who was used during the war as somewhat of an assassin slash mercenary. but definitely something people turned a blind eye to bc she was a child. and order 66 + her escape happened within days of each other and goes on the run.
