i got banned too many times on red scare
now reddit banned my ip, i can only use it on my phone but i want to type longer stuff but i lose interest too quickly on my phone as opposed to my computer and i end up scrolling my youtube recommended and finding videos about PPAR-δ agonists.. my squat is getting there but i can 2 plate bench press and probably easily 4 plate deadlift but haven’t tried yet, looking forward to it. i’ve been doing hypertrophy stuff for the last 6 months so i’m excited to get back into strength and test some PR’s
