Tchaikovsky’s Nightmare by fshep  After a week of rehearsal, Stiles is convinced that there’s no way this production is going to end in anything other than misery. Beacon Hills Classical Ballet Academy performs a variation of Swan Lake where all of the swans are males, forcing Stiles to partner up with Derek Hale. Things go about as well as one would expect.

One of the young guys, for sure. Marner? Eichel? Someone irreverent and not too earnest (McDavid, I’m looking at you). Matthews, maybe. What do the rest of y’all think?

19. Favorite Nickname?

For a player, or for a team, or for a term? Frankly I think a lot of the player nicknames are kind of boring, just variations on their last names ... for a team, I like the nickname “Bolts” for the Lightning. And I love “chirp” and “celly” -- I think those are cute. 

26. How did you get started with Hockey?

I mean, I went to see a lot of AHL games when I was a kid (I grew up near an AHL city in New York state). Then I went to some NCAA games when I was in college. But now, it’s been about three years, since the last winter Olympics (and it was, predictably, fandom’s fault that I got sucked in). Time flies. (How is the next winter Olympics only a year away?!)

Summary: Brought back to life and tossed into a world not his own, Gabriel finds himself unwittingly in the company of three humans...three humans who are both painfully familiar to him and vastly different from the people he left behind. In Jensen and Misha, he sees the same hidden longing he'd long since grown to recognize in Dean and Castiel, and with nothing else to occupy his attention, he sets out to do something about it the way he never could in his own world. Meanwhile, in Jared, he finds a partner-in-crime, a friend...and maybe something else he isn't entirely ready for.

Comments: 8/10. This is incredibly long, so I kind of got tired of it about halfway through. But it’s an interesting fic. Features cockles and Jared/Gabriel. I didn’t know that was a pairing but apparently it is.

Summary: Sam and Castiel are the victims of an unbreakable magick that causes them to lose their inhibitions and embrace their “wild side”.
