We all know I'm a sucker for a Morphe eyeshadow palette especially if it is collab with Jaclyn Hill. Previously she has done 2 large palettes with Morphe, one being a bright summer palette and the other being a colourful palette with all the colours you could need. When it comes to Morphe x Jaclyn Hill palettes they are some of the most popular palettes from Morphe overall. So when I found out about the Morphe x Jaclyn Hill Divine Neutrals Eyeshadow Palette , £18.00, I knew I had to try it out.
Unlike Jaclyn's other collab palettes this one is a smaller collection of 12 eyeshadows which works me because it's easier to travel with. Compared to Jaclyn's other palettes this palette focuses on soft, wearable, everyday nude shades which you could use with the other palettes to soften the colour stories. I love neutral eyeshadow palettes because they are so easy to wear and you can create warm smokey eye looks as well as softer more golden looks. In this collection you get a mix of velvety mattes and gilded shimmers which you can use to change any makeup look from day to night.
What I love the most about this palette is the way that Jaclyn chose to arrange the eyeshadows with mattes on top row and the matching shimmer shade on the lower row. It's perfect because if you want a real simple look you could literally just use the matte and the shimmer below to create a easy eye look as well as mix and match shades. These shadows are so pigmented that honestly a little goes a long way and I love how these tones really make my eyes pop.
If you're looking for a new palette that you could use everyday I would say this could be a perfect match for you. Compared to other Morphe palettes £18 is very price friendly. I would love to know what your opinion is on neutral palettes, too many out there? Or are you as obsessed as I am?
