Galentines Afternoon Tea with the local socialite babes.
It was nice to get out and socialize. I had such a lovely time.
Progress.
Down two clothing(Pants and dress) sizes since late July 2020.
So about 26-28 weeks since I started.
Method/Plan:
Diet- CICO with a focus on protein and getting in enough complex carbs for nutritional purposes and energy.
fitness- weight training circuits 4x a week + 20-25 min plyometric intervals 2x a week and 28-30min moderate aerobic style cardio sessions 2x a week.
I'm not where I want to be but I'm happy with my progress especially since I've been doing everything from home because of the pandemic.
My face and stuff since it has been a minute.

This was my first time going. Due to my health, I wasn't able to attend the previous years so I'm thankful to be in a place where I'm able to have the energy to get out more and experience life.

Hello Kitty collection update
The newest edition to my collection!
My fiance and I stumbled across her at CVS while we were doing some late evening snack and hygiene product shopping.
Side note- I didn't know that CVS sold Bliss cosmetics products. I know where I'm going when it is time for my next skin care haul! It's so much closer than the nearest Ulta!
Anyways, back to Hello Kitty!
She even plays music and dances! I'm so happy to add this cutie to my collection!
I'm glad that my fiance is so encouraging and actively supportive of this hobby. Heh, he seemed more excited than I was when we found her!
