Like with other extremely heavy man-made elements, not much is known about Moscovium and they aren't currently used for anything other than scientific research, so this design almost entirely references Moscow and Russia. Namely the hat is based on St Basil's Cathedral, and the cape is the one Saint George wears on Moscow's coat of arms. The face colouring is arbitrary, combining two of the submitted designs.
