RT4 Update
It's so interesting to watch my body change and become strong and healthy from all the good food I'm eating. I'm starting to get 2000+ calories a day consistently and I feel amazing! My skin is so soft from all the fruit and I'm totally satisfied every day. All the glucose I'm giving my body is doing wonders; I really love working out and don't feel exhausted after. Not to mention that I haven't gained any weight. A correlation I’ve noticed: an increase in complex carbs leads to a decrease in fat storage 👍
I also like raw till 4 because it's very doable and sustainable for me. I can go out to eat and find something that is whole, plant-based, high carb and I can eat as much of it as I want :). It doesn't make me feel socially isolated like going fully raw does. I am waiting for some negatives but each problem I have faced (bloating, constipation) has been resolved 😁
