Ingrid allows the conversation to drift, though she does make a mental note to ask Harding how she would like to be treated after death. They’re on a dangerous mission, and the odds of such an occurrence are not slight. Ingrid likes Harding well enough already to want to be sure she fulfills any last wishes, even if the Fereldan prefers a wasteful pyre. In the end, it won’t matter. When Lace Harding dies, there will be no body at all. But Ingrid doesn’t know that yet.
