ok new game how does your brain sing the different lyrics of volcano shake ’em up? mine reads ‘shake ‘em up! make ‘em bleed! make ‘em hurt! use your teeth!’ like the chorus of whip it! by DEVO but in an mcr way
I was a early riser now I stay in the bed till noon,
Cause you seems to be in my head just like the outstanding moon,
I haven't seen you since years,
But when I'm crossing road and the thought of you "saying it's okay it's just fear" appears,
But unknowingly it seems like I see you everyday
Or when I listen the songs you loved on loop and smiled in a horribly beautiful way,
You made me iced coffee every evening even when it was cold out,
We used to blush when are hands brush against each other under the setting sun and avoid crowd,
The rain and snow poured all out the year were along with me and my cries,
I never knew you meant it when you said let me die first or I will die twice.

Often we find ourselves being sandwiched between two ideas, often your reaction is in total contrast to your thinking and your instincts. You know something is good for you but again it is somewhere bad for you too. The tension of opposites is actually the presence of two contradictory features or instincts within us which leads to a back and forth movement of our life.
So remember guilt is unavoidable. Doesn't matter whatever action you take, doesn't matter whatever direction you go there will always be a contradiction to it. And that contradiction is unavoidable. And again you cannot be sandwiched between two ideas throughout your life. So move on but don't be guilty.
TVF Pitcher is a story of four guys who left their comfort zone and moved ahead so that they can start up their own venture. There was a point in the story when the main protagonist had to take decision by tossing a coin. I believe that was a typical example of tension of opposites.
Source of the text above is 'Tuesdays with Morrie' written by Mitch Albom. A must read I would say.

As you move ahead
And I die out
Just remember the good times are what life’s about
#21
I don’t know where home is
I feel drawn to that and this,
but still I am right here,
and as usual full of fear.
I haven’t moved an inch,
which also makes me flinch.
So, I have to get into motion
no matter towards which ocean.
