Continuing with wheels and bridges Week 4 day 3 Beginner level done by @activelybri Bridge with shoulderstretch Take yesterdays instructions for bridge pose and as you are up you bring your hands together under your back and interlock hands palms facing toward head. Pull slightly toward feet to stretch shoulders as you keep your hips up. Unlock hands to release and roll spine back down Intermediate level done by @brad_yoga Wheel pushups Take yesterday's instructions for wheel and when at top try to do some pushups by bending at your elbows till your head touches the floor and come up again. Yes these are hard, I agree, but a real great strength workout too Advanced level done by @staceybeatty84 Forearm wheel Start with yesterday's intermediate level instructions for wheel Slowly bend your elbows and gently lower the top of your head to the mat. Keep your elbows stacked above your wrists and your chest lifted Slowly lower yourselfnonto one forearm, if it feels alright and your back is not strained, lower yourself onto the other forearm. Press down firmly theough your forearms and lift your chest to raise your head off the mat State your level please!
