There's nothing more frustrating then chatting with an xfinity agent via their horrific chat feature (after playing fight the AI bot to get out of the auto generated reply) and having them toss out the "How's your day going?"
Like really? If my day was going well I wouldn't be chatting you you and having you ask me unrelated questions is not helping any.
I'm so glad you asked. I'm currently camped out in a coffee shop with 4 devices trying to send emails and download shows to watch offline and 10,000 other things that I could be doing from home but currently can't
Also "Due to some global outages it happens sometime" is not a valid reason that you haven't shipped my wifi router 3 days after the label was created and you sent me a tracking number.

...I am in favor of the “move it all twice” vs making MULTIPLE 8-10 hr crossstate trips for another load.
Because...it will take several trips. For just the furniture. And we’re not going to need to use those Already Packed Boxes anyway? We can make do? And despite all I’ve packed mostly on my own there’s So Much MORE left to do. And what I’ve done? I keep running out of space.
So...yeah. I’m all in favor of gradually moving the stuff We Do Not Need to my Grampa’s Basement to store and if at all possible only having the Repeat Trips be 20 min vs 10 hr.
Buuuut...I’m smart enough to not actually say that to my mom’s face (when this is her Angry Yell Because Stressed To Max outlet)
Some emigration logistics to think through
Some emigration logistics to think through
Often, this blog serves as a place for me to think my way through parenting feelings, emotional debates, and general epiphanies. But you know what, it’s also my place on the internet to explore what I’m going through and what’s occupying space in my head, even if it’s not emotional, parenting related or deep and meaningful. At the moment, I’m thinking a lot about our goal to emigrate. It is…
