Meatball Parm Sliders are a delicious twist on the classic Italian dish. These mini sliders are perfect for parties or as a hearty appetizer. Juicy meatballs, marinara sauce, melted mozzarella, and a touch of pepperoni make these sliders a crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup milk. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion. 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley. 1 egg. Salt and pepper to taste. 12 slider buns. 1 cup marinara sauce. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni. 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
Instructions: Ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, chopped onion, chopped parsley, egg, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl. Mix everything together well. Make 12 small meatballs out of the mixture, and then flatten them a bit so they can fit on the slider buns. Warm up a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs and cook them for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked. Warm up the broiler in your oven. Sandwich buns should be cut in half and put on a baking sheet. Put the buns under the broiler for one minute, or until they get a little brown on top. Put a small amount of marinara sauce on the bottom half of every bun. On top of the sauce on each bun, put a cooked meatball. After putting a few slices of pepperoni on top of each meatball, sprinkle it with shredded mozzarella cheese. On top, mix dried oregano and garlic powder. After putting the sliders together, broil them for two to three minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown. Put the other half of the slider bun on top, and serve hot.
