[RECIPES] Mozzarella Stick *ala pemalas*
Beberapa hari belakangan selalu kepengen ngemil something cheesy, tasteful, dannnn tanpa MSG (takut tambah bodoh). Sooo, iseng cari resep di cookpad. Seperti biasa lah yaaa kalo orang pemalas nyari resep udah pasti bakal dimodif sedemikian rupa biar gak ngeribetin diri sendiri wkwkwkw :D Berhubung gue pemalas, jadi ini tulis resep nya aja gak pake foto foto. Semoga nanti kalo baca lagi gak bingung si Nabilla.
Mozzarella stick deep fried :D
Bahan :
200gr – 250gr keju mozzarella dipotong ukuran 5cm x 1cm *dikira kira aja ndak usah beneran diukur*
350gr tepung terigu *atau secukupnya buat pelapis*
250gr tepung roti *atau secukupnya aja* (kalau bisa beli yang kasar)
Oregano kering secukupnya *dicampur di tepung terigu*
Telor dicampur susu cair terus dikocoookkk. secukupnya aja buat ngelengketin tepung
Minyak goreng buat ngegoreng
Proses :
1. Keju yang udah dipotong potong dimasukin ke dalem campuran telor + susu cair. Lumurin sampe rata, terus masukin ke tepung terigu yang udah dicampur sama oregano kering. Diratain. 2. Kalo udah, masukin lagi ke telor. Dilumurin lagi, terus masukin ke tepung roti sampe ketutup semua bagian keju. 3. Celup lagi ke telor, terus gulingin lagi ke tepung roti. Sisihkan. 4. Panasin minyak goreng, kalo bisa sih minyak nya yg banyak biar sempurna deep fried nya :D 5. Goreng sampe kecoklatan, api nya kecil ajaaahhh biar gak gosong. 6. Kalau udah, tinggal difoto terus upload & dimakan dehhh pake saos ditaburin oregano kering.
