I just love the amount of analysis Elsie's hair in the upcoming movie has already erupted. This fandom is awesome!
The feeling when something (that one middle-aged fictional character from a silly TV-show) has managed to touch me so deeply...
I'm getting one of Elsie's iconic quotes imprinted on my graduation cap. Doesn't get any more iconic than that, does it?
After all these years I still believe Mrs Hughes deserved better. I love her and I know she's happy with her old booby of a husband but I can't help but think sir Fellowes didn't give her the storylines she totally deserves. I sometimes wish fanfiction could be made real...

What I really miss from both Downton Abbey movies are scenes in Mrs Hughes sitting room... These scenes just hit different
Now maybe I do agree that Thomas was cruel to William in season 1 but I don't see why people believe that he was any worse than Carson was.
I miss Mrs Carson.
I miss Elsie May Hughes NOW MRS CARSON.
