Im watching invader zim rn and I think Zim might genuinely respect Ms. Bitters.

After all, she's tall and threatening. So far, when he addresses her, its with "Yes sir!" and a little salute.

Also he didn't send to her to space to be with the moose in the room.

Maybe she reminds him of the cold, unfeeling robot arm.

Is it weird that I feel like Ms. Bitters is the closest thing Zim has to a mother? In a weird twisted alien type of way?

Since Zim seems to have some respect for her and she's atleast able to tolerate him. It's confirmed that Ms. Bitters isn't a human and her age is unknown so I think she might be older than Zim.

I remember when my cat got spayed she treated her children pretty harshly yet sometimes cleaned their fur, thats how I see Zim and Bitter's relationship.
