Great morning everyone! 👑🌞👑 I hope your day is off to a fantastic start! ☕📰💖 I want to give a special showing of my appreciation for all of the help and support @natebowerfitness and @pit_fight have shown me throughout the years when I was unable to weight train and was limited in movement due to a bad auto accident 🚘💥🚕 in 2017 (it was a drunk driver ya'll 🍺🥴🍺). I could have died 😵 (and all who were witness 👀 to the incident could not believe 😳 that I walked away from that in one piece 🤯. Of course, that didn't mean I was without pain🤕...Oh man, THE PAIN! 🥺 Literally had me crawling on the floor to get to the rest room when my wife wasn't around to assist me (thanks BB 👑💖💖👑)! 😢 But I stayed focused 🤨 on my recovery and made better life adjustments🥑🥦🍄 that I've maintained throughout that period✅🥲. I am now stronger than ever 💪🏿 and feel better than I did when I was in high school 🏫...well...maybe not THAT good!
