#mudrachallenge Day 6: Dhyana means meditation, and meditation is about ease and singular focus. With the right hand on top of the left, both poles of the body and brain come into unified balance. The thumbs represent the element of Fire, and bringing them together envelopes this sometimes destructive element and brings it together as fuel to encourage the singular focus of concentration and enlightenment.
