I wouldn’t call the Mueller hearings today “nothing,” but we didn’t really learn anything new. Because I read the Mueller report, I concluded that the report has more gravitas than did the hearings today. As I was reading the report, and after I was done, I felt like I was emerging from a car crash. Today.......eh.......I had a feeling of deja vu all over again, or been there done that, or let me go back to sleep.
We know that trump obstructed justice, and we know that the russians interfered in our election. I have nothing to base this on, but I also believe that the russian interference was deeper than Mueller is telling us, and that the interference tossed the election to trump, directly and indirectly. He is an illegitimate president. But so what about that? The ravings of a conspiracy nut? Maybe, but it does no good to fret about past history, because the powers that be, dems and republicans, aren’t going to do a damn thing about it, except toss us sound bites and attempted moments to soothe our hurt feelings and anger.
Move on to 2020 and make sure our democracy still works. That means a rowdy and constructive primary season, followed by a determined general election with a piercing, narrow focus to defeat the mf squatting in the white house.
Oh, and PS, the republicans may be gloating about their performance today or what the the dems didn’t produce, but my perspective that the republicans in DC are on the other side of knuckle draggers and are people seriously needing psychiatric care has deepened.
While Democratic congressional leaders are slow-walking any sort of coherent response to the Mueller investigation out of fear of political repercussions, Republican congressional leaders are demanding jail time for the investigators.

The republicans are suddenly asking for all the things that they kept Mueller from doing so they could cover Trumps ass
You know what Robert Mueller did to prevent this?
