Night club | Abandoned studio "Mihimo" | KOMOREBI | NOCC
The Mihimo nightclub at the foot of Komorebi Mountain was a famous local atelier in the distant past. But due to financial problems, the owners had to close it. To ensure their existence, the Kagami family opened a small library space on the ground floor. Years and generations passed, but it was not possible to restore the work of the atelier. Nevertheless, one of the Kagami family members made every effort, thanks to which a nightclub appeared and became one of the main venues for incendiary night parties.

I have a plot in the Senbamachi area on the top right section, measuring 20x15.
The buildings include: a nightclub, a karaoke room, a laundry room, the club owner's house, a recreation area/library space, a shop with small outdoor tables, parking/bus stop, an open roof [See in the screenshot below]
Also, for a complete "entourage" and wagering, I created three NPCs - the owner of the club, the bartender + the DJ. [The DJ and the bartender have assigned roles, which means that they just need to be settled on an empty lot, then evicted and thrown into unplayable families. The role of the bar's regular was also added to the owner of the club]
