Return to Midgard
It had been a few years since Thor had been back to Midgard, but, of course, when one lived as long as Asgardians tended to a few years wasn't very long at all. Everything looked much like it did the last time he'd been on the planet, at least from several thousand feet up.
Thor was following Peter's locator beacon, still confused at why humans used such primitive technology. The signal was unable to penetrate the planet's atmosphere so it had been useless in tracking Quill until they had pinpointed a planet to search. Now that he did it was leading him to what looked like an island on the other side of the continent he'd been to previously.
The Benatar was cloaked as he descended, but even so Thor knew that staying in the air for too long near a city wasn't the best idea ever. So, he scanned for places to land, and did a doubletake when the radar picked up something that was vaguely ship-like. He couldn't tell exactly whose ship it was or even if it was actually a ship, but it was close enough and there seemed to be clear space around it for the Benatar so Thor piloted them in that direction.
The landing was a bit rocky and loud, but without major incident. Leaving Groot asleep in his quarters Thor slung Stormbreaker on his back (he knew better than to leave it in a closed up ship, Peter would kill him if he put a hole in his ship because he summoned the weapon at an inopportune moment) and headed out of the ship, a small handheld radar in his palm so that he could continue to track Peter's location. He didn't go running off immediately though, instead looking around the area, trying to figure out what the shape he'd seen on the Benatar's radar had been.
