One of my favorite things I own is a leather messenger bag. It's not super fancy, doesn't have a lot of pockets or buckles, but it's big enough for my laptop and chargers and a notebook, so it's perfect. I take it almost everywhere I go. There's a stigma against men carrying purses, but this is functionally identical and nobody cares, so I just don't get it. It's so convenient! I've started carrying around a box of bandaids and a bottle of painkillers, so I'm ready for anything
