Used the rest-pause principle to push each set past #muscularFailure Calf raise: on hack squat station 90 lbs x 50 reps rest-pause. 180 lbs x 30 reps rest-pause. 270 lbs x 20 reps rest-pause. 360 lbs x 10 reps. Lying leg curl: 8 plates x 35 reps rest-pause. 10 plates x 20 reps rest-pause. Horizontal leg press: 250 lbs x 50 reps. 300 lbs x 35 reps. Bulgarian split squat: 3 sets: bodyweight only x 20 reps each leg. Leg extension: 10 plates x 50 reps rest-pause. 12 plates x 40 reps rest-pause. 14 plates x 20 reps. Sissy squat: on hack squat station 3 sets: 15 reps each.
