Health Tip of the Day Before you start an exercise and/or nutrition program, list all the reasons you're going to eat better and exercise more. Carry it with you and read it when your willpower and motivation starts to fade. Many personal trainers and weight management experts believe that reviewing your reasons for dieting improves your levels of adherence. It may work for you! www.humanatease.com/thebestplanoverview

#FrequentlyAskedFridays Here is today's #faf question: How long should I rest between my workout sessions? A. No need, a good night sleep is enough. Work out the next day if you want. B. It depends on the intensity and style of your workouts, but a minimum of 48 to 72 hours is ideal. D. Workout... what's that? I just want the rest part. And here is the answer to last week's question: Is it better to exercise at a faster or slower pace? Depends on which type of exercise your doing. If you're lifting weights, it's best to lift at a slower controlled pace for safety. If you're boxing, then it's best to move at a faster and 'controlled' pace. Slow is usually best because it puts less strain on the joints, therefore making it more safer.
