Ingredients: 4 burger patties. 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped. 1/2 cup grated cheese your choice. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 burger buns. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Onion slices. Mayonnaise. Ketchup.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix the finely chopped mushrooms, grated cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Divide the mushroom and cheese mixture into 4 portions. Take a burger patty and place one portion of the mushroom and cheese mixture in the center. Top it with another patty and press the edges to seal. Repeat for the remaining patties. Heat a grill or pan over medium-high heat. Cook the stuffed burgers for about 5-7 minutes per side or until they are cooked to your desired level of doneness. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or until they are slightly crispy. Assemble the burgers by placing lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and onion slices on the bottom bun. Add the stuffed burger patty on top. Spread mayonnaise and ketchup on the top bun, then place it on the burger to complete it. Serve hot and enjoy your Cheese-Stuffed Mushroom Burger!
