Ingredients: 2 blocks of haloumi cheese, sliced into fries. 1/4 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 eggs, beaten. Cooking oil spray.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 200C 400F. In a shallow dish, mix almond flour, grated parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Dip haloumi fries into beaten eggs, then coat them with the almond flour mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated. Place coated haloumi fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly spray the fries with cooking oil spray. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fries are golden and crispy, flipping halfway through. Once cooked, remove from the oven and serve immediately.
