š§ Sorgenkint ā Live Video Set @ Rave FM Audio Festival 2022 š§ A tribute to a one-of-a-kind artist.
This isnāt just a set ā itās a full-blooded live show from Jochen Peuyn, aka Sorgenkint, recorded at Rave FM Audio Festival 2022. Musician, producer, multi-instrumentalist. A guy who fused the raw power of analog gear with the energy of ACiD techno, spicing up his live acts with shredding guitar riffs, vocals, and live drum grooves.
Jochen was born in 1982 in Willich, Germany. After his brother passed away in 1995, he inherited his guitar ā and from that moment, music became his whole life. He played guitar, drums, bass, and keys, with roots in crossover, metal, and hip-hop. The turning point came when he discovered ACiD music ā three months later, he was already playing his first rave. Soon, he teamed up with Man at Arms and shared the stage with legends like Brixton, Rob Acid, and Acid Junkies.
In 2007, he founded his own label, SORGENVIBES.
Jochen tragically passed away in a car accident on June 9, 2024, at just 41 years old. His music stays with us. And so does this set.
š¤ Rest in peace, Sorgenkint.
Guys. Guys. You donāt have to make your art a monetary profit. You donāt have to publish the story, you donāt have to seek out commissions, and you donāt have to come up with your own songs and publish them. Art is art! Itās something we do as a normal human expression!! If you want to try to make money from it, you think thatās something youāll enjoy, then 100% pursue that and work on that. I want to publish my books. That process is enjoyable to me. But if all your art ever does is make you feel less alone, makes you passionate, makes you dream, brings you joy, then thatās enough! You do not have to push yourself to do more than that if you donāt want to!
Bring back art as a natural human expression, not something only professionals do or pursue.

Strange to think of all the abuse allegations the Beatles have between them. Why canāt male musicians be normal??

The other became the godfather of rock. NOT ELVIS. MOTHERFUCKING CHUCK BERRY. CHUCK BERRY IS THE KING.
