What do you think about the possibility that Sandra Lynn did not sleep with Bobby dawn but with PAMELA dawn! They never specifically said it was Bobby and it would kinda make sense that he would heavily slander her name if he found out. Plus Pamela is the leader of, I think, the church of Sol so must be pretty powerful. I just noticed that they never specifically stated it was him just referenced that he was involved in her leaving.
Pretty low I think because the way that scene played out it was like:
Brennan (as Sklonda): Does Fig know Bobby Dawn works at your school?
Murph (as Riz): Yeahhhh?????
Emily (Player): Oh my God. Remember [insert recap about Sandra Lynn's past as Murph gasps]. Was it fucking Bobby Dawn? Who is Bobby Dawn married to?
Brennan (as DM): Pamela Dawn, chief Paladin of the church of Sol.
Brennan (narrating for Sklonda): And you see Sklonda looks at you and sort of slowly nods her head.
Brennan (as Sklonda): [...] And this was before Bobby Dawn was a televangelist [...] But yeah, not a great guy.
-----------
So what happens is Emily puts together the pieces and then Brennan has Sklonda react to Emily's question as if Riz had asked it and the question was, "Was it fucking Bobby Dawn?" And then, later in the scene, Sklonda specifically talks about Bobby, not Pamela. Sklonda is an ally who was volunteering information here so it would be weird for her to be like, purposefully playing the pronoun game to make it unclear which Dawn she was referring to. I'm inclined to take the scene at face value even though yeah, it would be wild if it was actually Pam.
(The other thing is we haven't meant Pam or even really the specter of Pam so far in this season so it would be a pretty late entry to a season already packed with People We Hate.)
