Cassie slid into the seat at the table, taking a sip of her smoothie. She wasn't normally the type of person to interrupt anyone but sometimes her thoughts get the best of her. She noticed the textbook of the other girl, one that she herself had dealt with. “Pre-med, pre-bio, or just being personally victimized by science?” She leaned over and asked, gesturing to the book. She let out a quiet laugh, looking a little sheepish. "Sorry, these words just kind of fall out."

she would recognize that voice anywhere. she was there the day her family had been killed. and managed to barely get away with the only other living member. his voice his face, it played in her mind like a loop when she remembered everything she lost. her eyes glowed a ring of yellow as a low growl sounded. switching to her wolf state was too easy these days but after being stuck for so long she was careful not to do anything that'd make her fully switch.
