hello!! i've actually got a post about this already, but it's geared more towards wolves so

some more things you can do to connect to your alterhumanity as a canine include:

pushing blankets and pillows around to make a circular nest (similar to a dog bed)

sleeping on your side or just taking up a lot of space while sleeping

buying chewlery / safe dog toys

slim jims!!! they're shaped like the pup-peroni dog treats

wearing dog tags on a necklace chain (bonus points if they've got your preferred name engraved somewhere on them, even more bonus points if you feel safe enough to attach them to an actual collar)

eating most of your meals from bowls

purchasing a set of dog bone shaped cookie cutters

just sitting outside in the grass for a bit each day and listening to the birds

Could you do a dog kin mood board with themes of the forest and a cabin in the woods? My kin was just a mutt so any shabby looking dog works perfectly!
