I came to my parents' house this weekend and today I've been back on Neurology. The best thing ever was when my mom got home from grocery shopping with strawberries! This little snack literally made my whole day 💕 What are your favourites snacks to eat while studying?

I have been lacking lately on my studies due all the graudation party that happens in the city. However, today is the day I get back on my habits and it's time to keep studying Hematology. I have to be honest, it is not my favourite subject and it requires SO MUCH that ends up being exhausting before it can get intesresting. I just hope I can learn the essencial and hope for the best. What will you study today?

It's official, I am terrible at posting daily 🙈 Besides being busy and a bit stressed with the end of the semester and exams coming up, I also like posting only good, pleasing photos and not always (if ever) my study place is /that/ aesthetical. But you know what? That is not what #studygram is all about. This community is about supporting and lifting up each other. And so if any of you needs any help, a friendly advice or just someone to talk to, you can count on me. I may take a while to rely because I also have my low and/or busy days but I will try to rely to you as best and fast as I can! I also encourage you to say a nice word to anyone you see is struggling. Believe me, sometimes it is all someone needs, knowing they are not alone and they have someone there with them. 14-15/100 days of productivity — April, 25th & 26th, 2018

Yesterday it was a very important national holiday for Portugal. We celebrated the end of fascism and the beginning of an era of freedom. I was really happy to see so many young people reminding themselves of the meaning of such an important date. It is necessary that we keep reminding the next generations, in order to keep this tragedy to happen again. Not only here but around the world. It is important to celebrate our voice! 🥀 (this is not a red carnation but it is the most similar. I am not sure if that is how you even spell it…) It was also such a productive day for me! I slept in but still studied, cleaned my room, did laundry, went for a 30 min walk and worked out! Today, I simply studied between classes, both at the library and at home. Neurology exam tomorrow but for some reason, I am not anxious or worried about it… It is weird but I am trusting my skills and we’ll see how it goes tomorrow 💪 Wish me luck!! 🍀

April, 16th to 22th ▪6-11/100 days of productivity 📚

Healthy snacks that taste good are life 💕 Sorry I haven’t posted guys! Last week I only missed one day on my daily study routine, merelt because it’s my longest day with classes of the week. I was either too tired or with no creativity to take nice photos and that is why I avoided posting. No more! The point of this challenge is not to take aesthetically cute photos but rather improve our self control and productivity, hoping it becomes a habit instead of an obligation. Don’t forget that studying daily is a commitment to your future self and to your goals. It is like a muscle that needs training! Wow, I’ve been really lacking on the photos department 😅 I have been so caught up with classes and everything I have to study for exams in these last couple of weeks of the semester that I completely forgot about instagram! It’s kind of a good thing, right? Anyway I am staying all day in the library studying for my oral exam in the end of the week. I still have so much to review!! What about you? 16/100 days of productivity — May, 3rd, 2018

Catching up on classes so I don’t get too behind when it’s time to binge studying for oral exams 😂 I’ve never thought I would be able to get back at studying daily and still feeling like I have a billion things to go over! Fourth year is really a challenge but I am liking some of the specialties we have, more than I ever thought I would. Psychiatry is one of them. It was never my cup of tea but I am learning to find its interest and I believe it is very much needed for our future as any doctors. Ever since I found these peanut bars in the supermarket, I’ve been obsessed with them! A delicious and healthy way to have a snack during study times or on the go in the hospital! 10/10 recommend 😋
