I love getting to witness the fruits of my labour (keeping clean water out, and I specifically put it there because there used to be an ash tray there and I caught a chipmunk drinking out of it once, so I moved the ash tray to the other side and put a dish of water there)

I am challenging myself to capture what happened with the hummingbird and me, yesterday, on video... I was sitting outside, and this bird buzzed me... it was right there!! And then, it did something sooooooo cool... sooooooo unexpected... it stopped in midair... 5 inches from my face and just stared into my eyes... I couldn't move because I didn't want it to leave. I should've taken a video, but I wasn't ready to do that so I'm going back out there to get this on video... it was so phenomenal to see this gorgeous little bird so upclose!!! It was a magical moment in time... I hope that it happens again... I want to share this beautiful, little bird with you all... I'm still smiling from this encounter...

Once again, I'm playing find the bird in the tree, and I found it!! Isn't it beautiful? I watch these birds for hours, every day. It's my therapy, and it really helps me stay positive. It helps me remember that's there's beauty all around us, and if we take the time to see it, it'll help us be happy and feel better about life!!!😁😁🐦🕊🐦‍⬛🦅❤️❤️🫂🫂🌳🌳🌈💫✨️🌞
