doom posting aside, now that we’re losing the wdc lead, i just want to take a moment to talk about just how impressive oscar has been this entire season. his first grand slam, back to back to back wins, dominant wins, pole to wins, wins from position other than pole, holding onto that wdc lead for 6 fucking months in only his 3rd season in formula 1 when his wdc rivals are in their 7th and 11th season. and also when he is actively battling his team for better strat. he’s been brilliant this entire fucking season and now, even if he ends up losing the wdc, he still has a brilliant season that he can and should be proud of.
